Terms and Conditions


Accommodation tariffs are based on 'unit (room) rate only' and are current at the time of booking. These rates are subject to change without notice but are usually firm provided payment deadlines are adhered to. When a deadline date is stated (either verbally or in writing) payment must be received in full on or before that date. Should payment not be received by the date specified, the booking may be automatically cancelled and cancellation fees may apply.

Bookings are interim only until secured by receipt of your deposit. Deposits are usually 20% of the total booking, but can be as much as 50% depending on the principal's requirements. Generally, the balance of money is payable on your arrival at your accommodation, but there may be occasions when earlier payment is required. This information will be made known to you at the time of your initial booking.

All bookings made by us are made in our capacity as booking agents only and are subject to terms and conditions specified or implied by the principals. All bookings are made in good faith and all descriptions and representations in respect to quality and facilities are based on the information provided by the principals.

No animals are permitted in any holiday premises.


Refund of Deposit and Cancellation Fee Policy

The deposit that is paid to secure a booking is a fee paid to reserve your accommodation for the period requested. It establishes an obligation on the property manager to provide the accommodation over the period agreed and is considered expended in establishing that obligation. As is normal commercial practice, if you take up your option to use the accommodation, the deposit is deducted from the total fee. In the event of a cancellation, any refund of deposit will depend on the circumstances of that cancellation. Individual property's cancellation policies are many and varied. The most general policy is, that if a cancellation is made, refund of deposit will only be made at the discretion of the principals or their agents. For bookings cancelled later than one month prior to check in, any refund will be subject to the accommodation being rebooked for the same period and at the same rate. Should you cancel your booking prior to one month before check in, a cancellation fee will apply. This fee will be in addition to any fee imposed by the principals or agents of the building concerned and will be the greater of $50 or 20% of the booking total.

In the case of a booking being made in association with an event and that event being cancelled, any refund will be at the discretion of the respective principal.
